New management took my whole Lego collection and won't pay

I let Bricks and Minifigs handle the sale of my entire Lego collection. They were supposed to consolidate everything and sell it for me. Then new management took over and just refused to give my collection back. They also won't pay me anything.

I lost about $200,000 worth of stuff. The whole thing has been documented on YouTube by Reckless Ben. I called the number on their site (877) 594-0246 and emailed [email protected] but nobody will help. Their address is 225 W. 520 N in Orem, UT. I just want my collection back or to get paid.
