Bought toothpaste and got charged extra without asking

I bought some dental repair toothpaste from brightora.store for $22.99. It seemed fine at first. Then 4 days later they charged me $59.99 without my permission. I never approved that charge. Now the website is down so I can't even log in or contact them. The phone number they had was (307) 275-9019 and the address said TX, USA but I don't know if that's real. I lost about $60 total.
