Order canceled after using a discount code, told to buy ink elsewhere

I tried to place an order on brother-usa.com using a discount code they offered. They took the money out, $64.40, and then just canceled the order. They never honored the discount.

I've looked into this and there are a number of people just like me. They use a code, place the order, and then the company cancels it and doesn't honor the price. It doesn't make sense.

When I contacted them, they didn't fix it. They just advised me to go through a different business to purchase the ink instead. I have the charge but no product.
