Paid for vehicle transport and now they're holding it for more money

I bought a vehicle and this company, BTAGistic Services, was hired to transport it. First they said they picked it up and put it in storage until I paid $200 for insurance. I paid that. Then they said they moved it from Chicago to Utah and needed $400 for permits there. I paid that too.

Then they transported my vehicle to Nevada and back to Utah. Now they're saying I need to pay another $600 for more insurance. They said until I pay, they're going to hold my vehicle in their storage facility. I've already paid $600 total. Their phone is (598) 276-8711 and their site is btagisticservices.com. This doesn't make any sense.
