Charged in US dollars from a Canadian site, can't get my money back

I placed an order on Burnslim.ca and was instantly charged in US dollars, even though it's supposed to be a Canadian site. I called right after and just got the runaround. I've been calling and sending tons of emails since February 11th.

They kept promising me they wouldn't ship the order and were working on a cancellation. They lied. They shipped it anyway. I did a return to sender and sent it back. Now the website they use for the money exchange, Cartpanta, isn't even available anymore.

I haven't given up on getting my $446 back. And I won't.
