They called my family about a credit card debt I don't owe

I got a call from a debt collector. They said I owed money on a credit card I never even had. The number was (844) 497-1874 and they're based in Butler, PA.

What really bothered me is they didn't just call me. They reached out to my parents and also my spouse, looking for payment. They had all my personal details too—my full name, my Social Security number, and my address.

It felt really invasive. I don't have this debt. I never had this credit card. Now my whole family is getting these calls.
