Charged for a free warranty and subscription I never agreed to

I saw an ad from BuyFlexWrap.com for a knee brace they said helps with knee problems. They advertised it for $19.98 with free shipping and a free lifetime warranty. I paid that.

Then three days later, they charged my card $49.99 for that so-called free warranty. After that, they took another $149.99 for some subscription. I never authorized any of these extra charges. I never even got the knee brace. They sent a fake shipping email, but the tracking number shows it never actually shipped.

Now they've just disappeared. I looked it up and there are so many posts from other people they scammed. It seems like they're targeting older people.
