Ordered with 30 day guarantee but no product and extra charges

I ordered a product from buytavio.com back on March 19, 2026. It said there was a 30 day guarantee. I never got it. They sent an email saying it was delivered but it wasn't.

Called my credit card company and they started a follow up. Then right after that I got an email saying the item was shipping. Still nothing showed up. Then on May 7, 2026 I saw a new charge on my card for another 218 dollars. Still no product.

Called the card company again, they cancelled the card and started another follow up. You can only email the company, no phone number. SP Tavio is a scam, beware.
