Ordered a singing elephant toy but it sang in Chinese, then they blocked me

I ordered an Ellie Elephant toy from calmieshop.com. They charged my credit card $37.45. The product came in just a taped-up bag. I put batteries in it, and instead of singing in English like it showed on their website, it started singing in Chinese.

They asked me for a picture of the package and a video of the toy singing in the wrong language. I sent them all that information. After that, I asked for updates several times and now I'm completely blocked. All my emails to [email protected] just fail and don't go through. I can't get a reply or a refund.
