Defective unit and no refund after returning it myself

I ordered from these people and got the unit defective. I have a video of it. Since April 12th 2026 I been trying to get a refund and they just keep giving me the run around. I shipped the units back at my own expense in the original packaging and everything. I got tracking through UPS.

They have deleted most of the recent emails between us. So now I have no proof of what they said. Ugh. I just want my money back.
