Ordered shoes online and never got a confirmation or my money back

I ordered shoes from their website calvanni.com and paid $304.93. The money came out of my bank account but I never got a confirmation number or any email about the order. Nothing.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] four times over four days. No one ever wrote me back. There is no customer service phone number to call. So I have no way to reach anyone.

I still don't have the shoes and nobody from the company has contacted me.
