They kept asking for the same info over and over about a charge I never made
I got a charge on my credit card from this company for something I never signed up for or used. It was $60. I tried emailing them at [email protected] to figure out what was going on. They kept telling me to send in requests for information, so I did. Every time I sent what they asked for, they would email back saying they could not access the charges and needed more info. But the "more info" was the exact same stuff I already gave them.
It was just a runaround. They never actually helped me stop the payments or anything. The charges kept showing up on my account under different names too. I ended up having to call my bank and get the card frozen to make it stop. After I looked into it online I saw a bunch of other people had the same thing happen to them with this company, almost the same story.
