Mystery shopper job turned into a bad check mess

I got hired to be a mystery shopper by a guy named Captain Raymond Zem. He said he was in the Emporia, Virginia area near where I live. So he sent me a check for $4700 and told me to deposit it in my account.

After 4 days I took out $4000 to try and buy money orders but I couldn't because I didn't have all the info needed. Then he said to send the cash back to a Caleb Coffman at 3504 88th ave SE apt. 329, Mercer Island, WA 98040. On the fifth day the bank told me the check was no good and took $4700 out of my account.

They sent another check to cover what I lost but that one bounced after six days. Now when I ask for my money back they just ignore me. They want me to open a PNC Bank account and give them access so they can transfer money but I won't do that. I'm not giving anyone access to my checking account. Now they just won't answer me.
