Tried to sell a Sephora gift card and they took my balance

I thought I was selling my Sephora gift card on their website cardrex.net. I sent them the card info and they took the balance. I never got any money for it. It was $25.

I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply. I just want my money or the card back. Not sure what else to do.
