Ordered clothes online and got cheap material, can't get a refund

I saw an ad for Cardydonyfashion.com with pictures of nice, well-made clothes. So I placed an order. What showed up was completely different. The material is cheap and the construction is nothing like the pictures.

I tried to get a refund. They said I have to pay half the price of the clothes and send it to Hong Kong. They won't even provide a return label. It's false advertising and now I'm out $107.96.
