Got a weird ad with fake Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz talking about diabetes

I saw this ad online that was using fake AI videos of Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz. It was really strange. The website said there are parasites in your pancreas that cause diabetes and they sell this supplement called Glycolean as a cure.

The link I saw was carevitalize.com. It just felt off to me, using those TV doctors like that to sell something. I didn't buy anything, but the whole thing didn't seem right.
