My name is Spencer M [redacted] and I have been working with Mr [redacted] to get this issue resolved I appears to me that this is a manufacturer defect Unfortunately, Alenco windows have gone out of business and were bought by PlyGem windows I contacted the original supplier of the windows and door in Texas I spoke with [redacted] at [redacted] ( [redacted] ) on 10/27/ He told me that he would send someone out to the [redacted] residence to inspect the failing windows and door Although the windows and door were installed by Archadeck of Tarrant County, this is a manufacturer issue Alenco windows has a year limited warranty that should be covered by PlyGem
