Phone call about certified documents and a filing party

I got a call from someone named Carrie Jones. She said she was a location specialist and that she was calling about delivering my certified documentation tomorrow. She said she would be at my home address between 2 and 4 PM.

She said if she didn’t get a signature she would submit the papers back to the filing party as a direct refusal to comply. Then she gave me a number to call the filing party at 833-403-6727 before she arrives. She said unless she hears from them directly she will be seeing me.

I don’t know who this is or what they are talking about. No company name was given. It felt strange.
