Double billed for an online purchase and never got anything

I ordered something online and got charged twice. Total was $156.10. I never got any product or even a receipt or tracking number. Nothing.

So I looked up the Visa info and called the company CART-TOPASHOPS.COM. The number they had on file was (904) 585-7622. But when I called it, some auto dealer in Georgia answered. That didn't make sense.

I also found an address for them online, 2595 Canyon Blvd in Boulder CO. And an email, [email protected]. But I don't know if any of that is real. I just want my money back or the stuff I paid for.
