Unauthorized charge from CartRescue.com on my credit card

I saw a charge on my credit card for $19.99 from CARTRESCUE.COM that I did not make. I never signed up for anything with them.

When I looked into it, I found multiple other charges from the same CartRescue.com. I had to dispute all of them with my credit card company. The whole thing feels off.

I'm not sharing my credit card statement with anyone else right now. I just want this stopped.
