Got a scary letter about a debt I don't owe from Cash Advance

I got this official-looking letter in the mail saying I have a delinquent account with Cash Advance Inc. for over $2,800. It says they've started legal proceedings and this is my last chance to settle for a "discounted" amount of $997.45.

The thing is, I never took out a loan with any Cash Advance company. I don't owe this money. The letter came from an address in Spartanburg, SC, and had an email for an "Attorney Amanda Edwards." It felt really off, like they were trying to scare me into paying something that isn't real.

They listed a license number and everything to make it look official, but I'm certain this is a mistake or a scam. I never agreed to any loan with them.
