Got a weird call about a court summons I know nothing about.

I got this call from someone saying they're from the cash county process service office. They said there's a court summons for me under some case number, 4737422 CV. They claimed an attempt was made to serve me papers but they were returned.

They told me to call an attorney named Wendy Smith at 877-316-0087 to avoid a failure to appear. It felt off from the start. They also called my nephew looking for me, and the number showed up as a Buffalo area code, which isn't local to us at all. I never signed up for anything or got any real notice about this.
