Bought a handbag from cashlux and it was fake

I ordered a handbag from cashlux and paid $480. I thought I was getting a good deal. When it showed up it was clearly a counterfeit. The stitching was off and the material felt cheap.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. The website is still up though. I just want my money back but I don't think they're going to do anything about it.
