Email about a declined payment I never tried to make

I got an email from what looked like my Cashapp Bank Account saying an unauthorized payment was declined because my account was locked. I didn't even try to make a payment so that didn't make sense. I immediately blocked them from my account and reported it to my bank. The website they had was CaughtCheeky.com and the phone number was 888-300-7018. I didn't lose any money but it still felt strange getting that email.
