Got a weird call about documents being delivered to my home or work

I just got a phone call from someone saying he was Matthew from CDS, Courier Document Services. The number was (866) 900-1940. He was talking about some documents that were scheduled to be delivered, either to my home or my workplace.

It felt off. I didn't ask for any documents to be delivered. I don't know what this is about. I never signed up for anything from them.

Got a weird call about documents being delivered to my home or work

I got this call from CDS, Courier Document Services. The recording said it was for a file number, COB 2779. It said they were calling about documents scheduled for delivery to my home or place of employment.

The message said they made multiple attempts to contact me by phone and mail. It said the matter was flagged and moved forward, and that it was a highly sensitive matter requiring my immediate attention. They said to press one to speak with a case manager or call the issuing office at 866-314-1715.

The whole thing felt off. I never signed up for anything from them. The number they gave is 866-314-1715 and the address they mentioned was Finleyville, PA. I didn't press one or call back.
