Found fake Medicare claims from a company I never used.

I was looking over my Medicare Supplement claims for next year, 2025. I saw something really wrong. A company called Centennial Medical Supply had submitted claims for $2,250 every single month from April through October. That adds up to $15,750.00.

I have never heard of this company. I never got any supplies from them, ever. Luckily, my supplement insurance didn't pay it. They denied the claim and asked Centennial for medical records to back it up.

I just had to report this as fraud to my insurance provider. This shouldn't be on my claims. I don't know how they got my information.
