Ordered "handknit" sweaters from an Instagram sale and got cheap junk

I saw this going out of business sale for a Colorado sweater company on Instagram and Facebook. The story was really touching and they had an 80% off deal, so I ordered. The purchase went through Shopify under the name Charlie Moda.

The sweaters finally came weeks later and they are shoddy, nothing like the pictures online. They don't look handknit at all. Their return policy says they have to "ok" it, and I'd have to pay all the shipping plus a $15 fee for each sweater to send back. I looked it up and found the exact sweaters on Amazon for a third of the price. I feel completely misled by this whole thing.
