Fake car auction site asked for my driver's license

I came across CharlotteAuction.com on Facebook Marketplace. They run these car auctions. To even place a bid, they required me to upload images of my driver's license. I went ahead and did it. But then I started looking into them more and realized the whole thing was a scam. I stopped right there before I got any further into the bidding process. It felt off. Now they have my license info and who knows what they'll do with it. Their phone is (704) 629-8435 and their listed address is Bank of America Tower on Tryon St in Charlotte.
