Got a weird letter about my mortgage from a number I don't know

I got this letter in the mail about my property and my lender, Chase. It says it's an important matter and they reserve the right to revoke some waiver after 7 days. It tells me to call immediately at 1-800-209-5527, saying it's their final attempt to notify me.

The whole thing felt off. I don't recognize that phone number, and the letter has a strange, urgent tone. I'm concerned because it's using my lender's name but directing me to call some other number. I didn't call it. I just wanted to report this.
