Paid for a chatbot service that never worked

I signed up for a chatbot service at chat.chatbotapp.a and paid the $59.99 for a subscription. The dashboard never loaded right, it was just a blank screen every time. I tried contacting their support at [email protected] over and over for two weeks. No response at all.

They took my money and provided nothing. It's a complete scam. The company is supposed to be based in Miami, FL. I just want a full refund.
