Bought airline tickets and they kept my money after I tried to cancel

I bought airline tickets from cheapdealsfare.com. I tried to cancel and they told me I lost my money. They just said they were keeping it.

I called the number on the site, (866) 960-2626, and the person on the phone didn't care. Just said sorry, nothing they could do. I lost $784.60.

No refund, no help, nothing. I don't know what else to do.
