Booked a flight and they kept calling to charge me more

I made a flight reservation on their website cheapvuelos.com and gave them my credit card info. Got a booking number and everything. Then they started calling me over and over saying the price I paid was a promotional seat rate and they didn't have any more seats at that price.

They said I could either pay more for another seat on the same flight or pick a different day to fly at the same price. I told them forget it. Then I started seeing fraudulent charges pop up on my credit card. Lucky for me I had already blocked my card so nothing went through. They didn't get the money for the flight either but they tried to use my card for other stuff.
