Paid for a product from Chemos and never got it, no refund either

I tried to buy something from Chemos. The person I spoke to, Louis, told me to pay with a wire transfer. I sent the money and waited the 72 hours like he said. Then he claimed he never got it.

I called my bank and even the bank he gave me the info for. They both confirmed the money was received the same day I sent it. I tried to get Louis on the phone several times to clear this up, but he refused to talk to me.

He wouldn't send the product we agreed on. I asked for my money back and he refused that too. He just took the money and provided nothing. It feels like a complete scam.
