Ordered from Cheouj.com a month ago, item never arrived

I placed an order from Cheouj.com about a month ago. They kept telling me it was going through customs at the airport. Then I checked over the weekend and the site says it shipped on April 4th, but I don't have it. I went down to the lobby to check and it's definitely not there.

I sent them an email saying I didn't have it and needed more info. I just got a reply from [email protected]. They said it was signed for and delivered to my address. They still haven't shown me any signature proof. Now they're only offering me 30% of what I paid, which was $65.

I know I didn't do my homework on this company. I just hope other people see this and don't order from them.
