Ordered a handbag online and never received it after they stopped communicating

I bought a handbag through a Facebook ad from Cherishty.com. They charged my credit card $41.58 back on February 26th, 2026. It's now April 2nd, 2026, and I still haven't gotten the bag.

At first they were sending me updates about the status. They told me it passed customs and was in the U.S., ready to be shipped to me. But after that, nothing. I haven't heard a single thing from them, no communication at all.

I went online to look up the company and was completely overwhelmed by how many complaints there were from other people. So many others never got what they ordered either.

Ordered car tablet holders from a Facebook ad, never got them

I saw an ad on Facebook back in November for a 3-in-1 car headrest tablet holder. I ordered four of them, one for my kids and one for me for Christmas. I paid almost $58.

Every single week since Christmas I've asked where my order is. Every time they just say it's on the way. Tonight they told me it was delivered on January 14th. That is a complete lie. I never got anything.

Their website is cherishty.com and the email is [email protected]. I just keep getting the same runaround.
