Facebook ad for pet comb I can't cancel or contact
When I go to their website to contact them it keeps saying my email doesn't show any order. But the email they have on file isn't even mine, so I don't get how I'm getting their emails. I can't log into their site because there's no way to reset the password. And when they send me an order email, I try to reply to it and that doesn't work either.
I don't know what else to do. I lost $31.26 and I can't even report them.
Ordered a handbag online and never received it after they stopped communicating
At first they were sending me updates about the status. They told me it passed customs and was in the U.S., ready to be shipped to me. But after that, nothing. I haven't heard a single thing from them, no communication at all.
I went online to look up the company and was completely overwhelmed by how many complaints there were from other people. So many others never got what they ordered either.
Ordered car tablet holders from a Facebook ad, never got them
Every single week since Christmas I've asked where my order is. Every time they just say it's on the way. Tonight they told me it was delivered on January 14th. That is a complete lie. I never got anything.
