Ordered shirts from Cherrybetty after a Facebook ad, never got them

I saw a Facebook ad for Cherrybetty and went to their website. They sent me a 15% off offer, so on March 6, 2026, I ordered two shirts. One was $29.74 and the other was $33.99, so I paid $66.92 total. I got a confirmation email right after I paid.

But after that, nothing. No updates, no shipping info, nothing. I emailed the only contact I could find, [email protected], asking what was going on. They say they'll contact you within 24 hours, but they never replied. There's no customer service phone number either.

I still haven't received my shirts. I looked online and found other people have the same complaint about them.
