Ordered clothes months ago, never got them or my money back

I got a text about clothes for sale from a site called chicomadrid. I ended up buying something from them in December 2025. It was $33.00.

It's March 2026 now and I never got the clothes. I've been emailing them and they keep promising I'll get a refund. But I haven't gotten my money back either. Nothing ever showed up.

Ordered a gift from Chicomadrid and never got it

I saw the Chicomadrid site come up on my granddaughter's Kindle Fire. She wanted to order something for her grandfather's birthday, so I gave her my credit card to use. We placed the order but never received the merchandise.

I went online later to check and found out the company isn't legit. Now they have all my personal information from my credit card. The charge was for $50. I tried the phone number (999) 999-9999 and the email [email protected] but nothing worked.
