Fireplace company gave me a high quote and strange contact info

I got a call from a fireplace company. They insisted on a $99 fee just to come out, but after I said no, they offered to waive it. So a person came to look at my fireplace and gave me a quote that was extremely high.

When I said I would think about it, he tried two more times to lower the price right then. I declined. I asked for the business name and phone number again, and he gave me information I had never seen or used before. It just felt off.
