Call from someone claiming to be Citi Bank about charges I didn’t make

A foreign man called my cell phone from (310) 894-6115 and asked for me by name. Then he told me he was with Citi Bank and said there were 2 charges on my account in the last 15 minutes. He asked if I was the one who did that.

I knew right away he was a fraud because we don’t even have a Citi account. So I hung up.
