Bought a dress from Instagram ad and now website is gone

I saw an ad on Instagram and went to their website Clairecoastalboutique.com. The reviews were mixed but some said they had good products just slow. So I bought the dress for $85.

After I ordered I had to send several emails to them. They responded once saying there was delays in shipping. I just checked their website today and I can’t load it at all. Totally seems like a scam or fraud now. Big mistake on my part.
