Getting harassing calls about a loan I never took out

I keep getting these calls from 888-269-4978 about some loan I never took out. They call me multiple times a day, sometimes it's from different numbers. They're very aggressive about it, saying I owe money and threatening legal action.

I've told them over and over that I don't have a loan with them and to stop calling. But they just keep doing it. It's harassment.

I looked up the number and it's connected to a website called clairescoastalboutique.com and an email [email protected]. I don't know why they're calling me about a loan.
