Ordered glasses online that were blurry and company denied my purchase

I saw an ad for ClarityBlueGlasses.co saying their glasses work on any prescription. I ordered a pair for $34.95. When they arrived, the quality was poor and everything looked blurry through them.

I tried calling their customer service number. The person I spoke to denied that I ever bought glasses from them at all. They wouldn't help me. Their site mentions a 30-day refund policy, but they don't list any return address anywhere.

I had to report the charge to my credit card's fraud department. They said they would look into it. Right now I'm just out the money.
