People came to my door about a clean energy program asking for personal info

Some people showed up at my door saying they were from some clean energy program. They started telling me all this stuff about what the government of California will pay for—new roofs, windows, doors, HVAC systems, solar panels, artificial turf, exterior paint, attic stuff. They said it needed immediate attention and handed me a flyer with a phone number on it. At the bottom of the flyer it says it’s for marketing purposes.

They wanted my first and last name, and when I said no, they said they could just look it up on Google anyway. Then they asked for my phone number, how big my house is, how much I paid for it, and how much I make. I told them to leave a bunch of times, and finally when I said I’d call the police, they left and went straight to my neighbor’s house.
