Charged over a hundred dollars after canceling by email

I canceled my subscription on 4/17/26 by email. I got no reply or anything. Then they still charged my credit card $107.55. That’s a lot of money.

And I never even got any products. It was supposed to be some kind of environmentally safer plastic zip lock baggies. Never showed up. Nothing. So I’m out the money and no bags.

The email I used was [email protected]. Phone number they had was (562) 454-1128. I don’t know what else to do.
