Sent $40 for a product that arrived broken

I paid $40 to Clenzy.com for a product. When it got here, it was defective right out of the box. I contacted them about it. They told me they tried to send a replacement, but then they said it got lost in transit. They said that happened three separate times. I never got a working item or my money back.
