Ordered closet clips a month ago, never got them

I ordered a closet 10 piece clip set for organizing clothes. They gave me tracking info but it just shows the item is still in transit, for a whole month now. I contacted the seller about it and they gave me a completely different tracking number. That one doesn't even show any delivery info at all.

I lost $28.12. They took my money and never delivered the item.
