Ordered clothes from Clothzone and never got them even after two deliveries

I ordered something from Clothzone.com and never got it. Waited weeks and emailed them. They said it was stuck in customs. I watched the tracking and it said delivered but nothing showed up at my door.

Emailed again and they said sorry and sent a replacement. Said it would come in 7 to 15 business days. That tracking also said delivered but still nothing. So they claim they sent it to me twice and I got nothing.

They said they lost money already and the shipper would only give 70% back. But I still haven't seen any refund or my stuff.
