Got a fake invoice email from a coaching leadership address

I got an email from this person at [email protected]. They sent what looked like an email thread between them and a CEO. The message said I needed to pay an overdue invoice right away.

I could tell it was fake. I didn't even ask how they wanted me to pay or ask for a copy of the invoice. The whole thing felt off. The address they gave was 10 E 21st St. Floor 4, New York, NY 10003.
