Got a threatening voicemail from a collection service I don't know

I got a call from a private number and they left a voicemail. It was from 877-679-8678, said it was Collection Services. The message told me to call back at (877) 679-8678 or they would be forced to file a claim against all my assets in San Mateo County.

I don't know what this is about. I never signed up for anything with them. It felt like a threat out of nowhere. Just a voicemail from a number I don't recognize, telling me to call back or else.
