Got a threatening call about a debt I don't owe, then they took my money

I got a call about a debt they said I owed, but it's not on my credit report at all. They threatened me, saying it was going to court if I didn't pay right that moment. They had my social security number and my home address, which was scary, but they wouldn't confirm my identity. I kept asking questions and they wouldn't answer. I finally said I could only pay $25 because I'm on disability and that's all I can afford.

They tried to take money out and it didn't work, so they called me back telling me to call them. I tried calling the number they gave me and it says it doesn't exist. I googled Collins and Associates and every number I found also doesn't exist. They sent a payment arrangement to my email and the name and numbers on it are fake, too. They already took the $25 from me.
